• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the tour.

• Refund requests are processed within 10 business days.

3. Participant Responsibilities

• Notify us of any accessibility needs or special requirements.

• Respect other participants and the environment during tours.

• Reproduction or distribution of tour materials without authorization is prohibited.

CityDiscoverer is not responsible for:

• Injuries or damages caused by participant negligence.

• Loss or theft of personal belongings during tours.

• Interruptions due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
